I'm a change management professional with 15+ years of corporate experience spanning Deloitte, KPMG, and Kraft Foods — including 3+ years leading global IT change management initiatives. I've spent my career helping large organizations navigate transformation — and then realized the frameworks I was applying at the enterprise level worked just as powerfully for individuals.

Krystle Going Places is where I document the personal side of that work — the career pivots, the creative builds, the travel, and the real cost and reward of choosing transformation over comfort. My next transition: AI governance and responsible AI.

Most recently, I took everything I learned in corporate and put it to work for a small family-owned business — scaling their online presence from the ground up. That experience proved the thesis: enterprise strategy, applied with intention, works at every scale.
